On Sunday 15th March 2015, Wanstead Baptist Church will learn about the roots of Christianity in Pakistan and the current persecution and discrimination that has left the majority of Pakistani Christians, impoverished, illiterate and vulnerable.
The service which was the idea of Reverend David Morgan, leader of the church who wanted to learn more about the suffering of brothers and sisters in Pakistan. He called Wilson Chowdhry our chairman, who in true fashion organised a series of must-see services at the church.
The morning service is a traditional Christian service focused on persecution. A talk by Wilson Chowdhry will describe the inequality and oppression that Pakistani Christians face.
