London Campaigner collaborates with Americans to alter UN failures towards Pakistani Christians

Chairman of the British Pakistani Christian Association, Wilson Chowdhry is flying out to New York to collaborate with International Community Care Foundation
a group of Pak-Christians based in America to protest outside the UN headquarters.  The demonstration has been organised to highlight the
ongoing plight of Pakistani Christians both in the homeland and in countries such as Thailand where they are being re-persecuted in the countries that
they are seeking asylum within.

The protest begins at 12pm outside the UN Headquarters at:  New York NY 10017, United States

People of good conscience are invited to come and join protesters in a peaceful demonstration calling for:

  • Better protection for minorities in Pakistan.  Especially in the wake of the recent bombing at Gulshan Park Lahore.
  • Improved risk profiling of Pakistani Christians who are in the midst of a genocide and are persecuted and not simply severely discriminated.

  • Better protection for asylum seekers in Thailand, Malaysia and Sri Lanka were Pakistani Christians are being re-persecuted due to all three nations having failed to sign UN conventions for Asylum.
